Scope of Services. Through this Site, Blue Collar Services markets and arranges Fence Installation, Fence Repair, Fence Contractor, Gate Installation, Vinyl Fence Installation, Wood Fence Installation, Farm Fence Installation, Custom Fencing. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
Ownership. Blue Collar Services (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
Termination. Blue Collar Services may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.
Warranty Disclaimer. Blue Collar Services makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blue Collar Services's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Blue Collar Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Blue Collar Services from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by UT law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in UT for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
Term Changes. Blue Collar Services may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
